Conference Registration
Fees
Only composers with works being presented at the conference are required to register. The registration fee is collected only to support the cost of hosting the conference. Registrants will receive a copy of the conference program, a CD recording of the concert on which their piece is performed, and free parking on campus. All concerts are free and open to the public. Fees are as follows:
SCI Student Members: $25 ($20 early registration)
Other SCI Members: $50 ($40 early registration)
Early registration: a 20% discount applies for registration fees received by January 24, 2007.
Registration FAQ
1. Are guests welcome to attend the conference? Yes. In the interests of attracting as large an audience as possible, all concerts are free and open to the public. Registration fees are paid only by composers with works being performed and are collected solely to support the cost of hosting the conference.
2. Can I get a copy of the program? Concert programs will be available at the door for each concert. Conference programs, on the other hand, are $15 each (actual printing cost) and are available at the registration table. Registered composers please note that the cost of one copy of the conference program is already included in your registration fee.
3. Where should I send my registration form and fee? Registration forms were e-mailed in PDF format to all composers on November 30, 2006. Forms will be available for download here soon and will be available at the registration desk as well. Receipts for registration fees will be included in the conference materials you receive at the registration desk. Please make your check payable to "University of Central Missouri" and write "SCI Conference Registration" in the memo line. Send the check and registration form to:
